which Graphic card should I buy ?

You don't want a Quadro unless you are doing CAD. You want an entry level card I assume, so get a GT 730 or GTX 750 Ti which have much better performance than the 610.

We just don't know what are you going to use it for.

It depends on what you will be using it for. Quadrino cards are specifically made for 3d work whereas the geforce cards are normally made for gaming.
