Which Is Better ?

I wanted to know which is better for gaming from these two laptops:

Asus ROG G751JT, with the following specs:
Screen Size : 17.3 inches
Max Screen Resolution : 1920*1080 pixels
Processor : 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 (4720HQ)
RAM : 16 GB DDR3
Hard Drive : 1024 GB SATA
Graphics Card : nVidia Geforce GTX 970M (3GB)

Acer Aspire V17 Nitro, with the following specs:
Screen Size : 17.3 inches
Max Screen Resolution : 1920 x 1080 pixels
Processor : 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 (6700HQ)
RAM : 16 GB DRAM
Hard Drive : 1024 GB SATA
Graphics Card : nVidia GeForce GTX 960M (4GB)

The point of my confusion is that the Acer has a lower graphics card but a higher processor and its graphics card for is 4GB while the Asus' is 3GB, will that make the Acer better than the Asus, or that the GTX 970M for the Asus will still make it better ??

Your opinion is very much appreciated.

gaming wise the 970m is almost double the gaming performance. wouldnt even consider the asus machine a contender. either processor will give you almost the same performance.

But is the difference between the 970M's and the 960M's performances worth paying nearly double the price ?

Let me clarify my previous question, the Asus (Which has 970M) costs about 2175$ in my country which is nearly double the price of the Acer (Which has 960M and costs 1280$), so my question is: Is the 970M worth paying double the price of the 960M's laptop ?
