I'm having problems deciding between these two laptops:
Lenovo S400: http

Priced at 400 CAD
and
HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14: http

another link:
http
/www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-14-b010us-14-Inch-Sleekbook/dp/B009AU2ICY
this one only has 4gb RAM, mine has 6gb
Priced at 370 CAD with coupons. The links says that the laptop has touch. The one I have is non-touch.
I have the HP right now and I'm enjoying it so far. However, I'm thinking that the Lenovo might be a better value even it is 30 dollars more expensive. I know that the Lenovo is more powerful, but I'm not sure if the performance jump between the two is enough to warrant the difference in price. Every dollar counts for me so the 30 dollar difference is a BIG difference to me. Can anyone give me an advice on what to do? My main purpose for the laptop is for university programming and some light gaming (League of Legends). I tried playing League of Legends a bit and the HP laptop had trouble running it. The capability to run games is not a priority but it worries me that if the HP laptop can't run LoL well, then it might not have enough futureproofing to last me through university. I'm also not sure between the reliability difference between the two laptops. Is the performance difference enough to warrant a switch? The Lenovo has less RAM, but it has a better proc. Which one should I choose? Thanks in advance!
