I want to know which has better specs because I want to use it for light-moderate gaming, such as minecraft and garrys mod

Reasons:
1080p compared to the other's not
AC wifi (futureproof, high speeds)
NVIDIA Geforce GT 840M is the better gpu out of them all.
Lightest (if weight is a concern)
has the better processor.

Overall it's a much better laptop especially for some light gaming w/ the better gpu and better resolution.
It's up to you if it's worth the extra money.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend any of the 3 in your list for any intense PC gaming.

Minecraft and parry's mod will work perfectly fine, just if your planning on future gaming on different games, it may work but low FPS, and lag.

I agree with @morgilroka. Intel I5 is Great for light gaming.
