First of all, I've have narrowed down to 2 laptops which is within my requirments.
I use the laptops to mainly run VMware and play games.
The games i'm will play on are mainly the newer AAA games (E.G : Mirror's edge catalyst or Witcher 3).
The CPU is exactly the same which is the i7-6700HQ

Now my first choice is : Lenovo Y700
Which has an 2GB GTX 960M.
128GB SSD and 1TB HDD 5400RPM
8GB DDR4 2133Mhz

I'm considering this one because the GPU is better and has DDR4 but the downside is that it's actually quite heavy to move (around 5 pounds/2.6 KG) and has a way smaller SSD but bigger HDD.

My second choice is a Barebone laptop which has these specs :
GTX 950m 2GB GDDR5 Variant
512GB SSD M.2 (It has around the same speed as a normal SSD despite being a m.2) with a 500GB 5400RPM HDD
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz

I'm considering this one because it has more double the ram (Note : DDR3) and a bigger SSD but the downside to this one is, it's actually more expensive (~100) and has a worse GPU even though not by much.

IMO go for the Y700. 128GB is enough to act as a nice boot drive and to hold your essential programs, and you can use the hard drive to store your games. You can even use some of the money saved to get a better SSD.
