Neither if you want to run demanding games you don't want integrated graphics.

GT 630M is actually a rebranding of GT 540M.
The GT 630M should be faster.

Oh yeah I didnt read past Intel hd 3000 Intel hd 4000 which are integrated graphics GPUs.

But still 630m is kinda weak now, you're gonna be upset when the GPU struggles to play the latest games on low settings. I recommend building a custom from pcspecialist.co.uk (this is where I plan to get my 660m when I get paid next week), you can build a 660m with i5 without windows for 600 quid.
