Hello.
Im planning to buy a new laptop soon, I focused, for weeks, on this one: http://www.amazon.it/Asus-N551JW-CN317H-Notebook-Processore-i7-4750HQ/dp/B00ZRRZMCC/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1442852934&sr=1-1&keywords=Asus+N551JW-CN317H.
Today, my brother called me and told me he found this other laptop: http://www.amazon.it/Asus-90NB08C1-M00490-N551JX-CN043H-Notebook/dp/B00ULLWC36/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1442852972&sr=1-1&keywords=Asus+N551JX-CN043H, with a lower price, compared to the other Asus.
I give a multiuse to my laptop, I use many softwares from 2d drawing to 3d modelling, create music, games etc... And most of the times I do all of it at the same time.
I checked the specifies(I'm sorry they are in italian language), seems like the only differences are:
N551JW-CN317H:

Graphic Card: Nvida Geforce GTX 960M

Processor Model Number: I7-4750HQ

N551JX-CN043H:

Graphic Card: Nvida Geforce GTX 950M

Processor Model Number: I7-4720HQ

I, actually, found an inconsistence about both the processors: The processor "I7-4750HQ" is 2 years older than the "I7-4720HQ" one(or at least, that's what 2 comparation sites showed to my bro), is it true?

What laptop do you think would be better to buy?

Yes but, the processors comparation page from the Intel website, shows that the "i7-4720HQ" owns higher performances than the "i7-4750HQ" one.

Sorry, but I found your information not precise.
The Asus N551JW-CN317H has processor Intel Core i7-4750HQ, while Asus N551JX-CN043H has the I7-4720HQ.
I7-4750HQ works in interval [2.0 GHz - 3.2 GHz]
I7-4720HQ works in interval [2.6 GHz - 3.6 GHz]
As you can see, the newest generation has clock LOWER than the older. This doesn't mean that it performes worst. Infact, from one benchmark, if founded the scores:
I7-4750HQ: 8247 points
I7-4720HQ: 8145 points
As you can see, the difference in scores do not worth the difference in price.
ATASATA, if you want to see more difference, use the intel comparison tool:
