Which laptop to buy between these two?

Second one. It has lower price but specs are almost same.

I would suggest to buy second one. The first one has a dedicated graphics card R5 M420 but it is one of the worst low end cards. Even if you are going to play games, both laptops won't run any latest games at satisfactory performance. Second one has better screen resolution (1920x1080) and 2 USB 3.0 ports compared to the first one which has only 1 USB 3.0 port and screen resolution 1366x768.
