which LAPTOP to buy ?

one latptop has i3 3rd gen with 4 gb ram intel 4000 graphics card .......

other one is i3 4rth gen with 6gb ram 4400 intel graphics card ......
i know that i3 3rd gen processor with 40% more clock freq is better than i3 4rth gen ....but the thing i need to know if the architecture and graphics upgrade on 4rth egn would over take the 3rd gen laptop......(i ll upgrade the ram)

for general usage it doesn't matter much.

generally 4th generation processors are bit more efficient than 3rd.

I would go with the 4 gen as it will affect the battery life of the laptop. It will increase it by quite a bit. As for the performance, it will be minor.
