I'll use these for school and gaming

The current one i have has a 1065g7, mx250, 1tb had, 16gb ram
Would the pavilion laptop get slower in the future to a point it becomes worse than my current one
And will the ryzen 7 4600h be better than the i7 1065g7

Laptops don't get slower, only thing that can happen is that the programs need more power, or Windows gets bogged down with junk programs that slow it down.

The Ryzen and i7 are pretty much equal, you can just go by price.
