Which Laptop would you recommend for these Specs

Hi Guys,
I'm having heaps of trouble deciding on a laptop, firstly my budget is around the £1000 mark no higher than £1300

It needs to have a high res, play 4k video smoothly
run photoshop and sony vegas pro for camera raw editing and video editing
potentially a bit of 3d CAD work
be lightweight for travelling and have a backlit keyboard.
prefereably a solid state hard drive for the OS
8gb ram min
Windows would be advantageous as im not a fan on apples restrictive nature.
I have my eyes on the microsoft surface pro 3 i5 8gb but anything that is comparable I will look into.

There's no laptop that supports 4K right now that I'm aware of, I think a few support 1440P but I'm not sure of that. Some might be able to output to 4K but that is entirely dependent on the GPU. The Surface Pro 3 is a very sweet device but that can get really costly depending on the options.
