Which notebook between these two should i buy? And why?

Solution
I would choose the 15-ay101nv. Simply looking at the specs the laptops seem almost identical. But the 15-ay101nv has a 1920x1080 resolution screen instead of a 1366x768 resolution screen. It allows you to see more information on the screen. It also has an entry level dedicated Radeon R5 M430 graphics core which you will likely not need at all.

Interesting enough, Notebookcheck.net ranks the Radeon R5 M430 only slightly better than the Intel HD 520 found in 6th generation Intel CPUs. That means it is actually less powerful than the Intel HD 620 that is integrated in the i5-7200u CPU which both laptops have.
