Upgrades:

Which option sounds better? I have enough money so please don't compare them in price.

Solution
Well,actually depends,
If you want touch screen, which the HP is really good at ,then you can go for it .personally I like touch screen because for graphic design is really useful.but one BIG problem of this thing is that it has a 5400rpm drive.a drive for video editing, graphic design, etc should always have a ssd or a 7200rpm drive.but for people like me,i just can't care less because I love to change the drive my self.and a touch screen..Bang!I will get all my thing done.
And for what I just wrote that was a mistake.personaly I would go for the Dell one more.the touch screen, and the most important, the 4k digitally.
UHD will get slot of job done.for a laptop like Dell, you can get slot done.but just exactly what I wrote before, the drive...

I have a Asus ZenBook pro and I used it for a long time.if you are not in a budget, then try,

This one will get some thing going.the SSD and is 4k plus the touch screen will do it well.
So this is what I can tell you in the begining.
