Which of these sound cards would sound better on my headphones?

I have some Sony v6 headphones and I'm using the onboard sound on my EVGA motherboard. I'm thinking about getting one of these 2 sound cards but I'm not sure which I should get?

The first one says that it is a headphone amp so would that make music sound good? if you wish try to get SRS audio sandbox, which may add more effect

if your headphone has a higher impedence, then do get the STX.

i woudn't really touch ont he SRS audio sandbox, unless ur budget is poor, as you know, its difference of 200 and 24

obviously spendiing on a card is much better.

i dont think SRS is very natural, u may not be listeing to music the audio was intended to, even though, the website say so, i doubt it.

I don't think I'll use the sandbox, not really something I need.

what's the logic to talk about natural in a IT industry?????????
every thing is simulated to do something at the best or available quality with possible resource at that time...
if you want natural than you have to go to stone age or relocate you living to the deep amazon forests..

if you want the original & natural quality than you have stop using these products
that include "Microsoft, SONY , DELL ,MOTOROLA , HP " bcz all of them USE SRS >>>>>
