Which one would be better for gaming? There isn't much difference but G510 has a better processor and IdeaPad a better graphics right? I don't know what that Intel HD Graphics card means, is it an important additional card and improves gaming?

Lenovo G510 (59-406666)
Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ (2.4 GHz, 3.4 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache)
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2GB

Lenovo IdeaPad Z510 (59-413911)
Intel® Core™ i7-4702MQ (2.2 GHz, 3.2 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache)
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M 2GB + Intel HD Graphics 4600
SSD 8GB

the z510 is better.

you can use the hd graphics or the 740m and you would want to use the 740m for gaming.

honestly you dont need a i7, the cheaper msi gaming laptops have better video cards and are balanced better.

Unfortunately, MSI's laptops at this price all have Nvida820M which is worse than 740M or AMD 8750M and my budget is limited ;)

i gotta say i like the msi ge70 even though they give you no ssd and use a i5 over a i7 but as i said you do not really need a i7 and it has the best video solution to support gaming at 17in 1080p.

im sorry to here that.

ya know you could build a pretty decent gaming pc for the budget you have otherwise i would recommend to save a little longer to have pleasing gaming performance.

hmm but i can afford the y510p with with 2x 755m and i5 4200m, you think it is still a better solution than i7 4700mq + amd 8750m or i7 4702MQ + 740m? i mean the processor.

yeah def, some games wont be able to use both video cards but 1 755m is still better than 1 740m and games that can use both will perform amazingly.

the i5 is perfectly fine for a gamer. get the y510p and game on ;)

then how about msi i5 4200m and gt660m, is it even better? cause the price is same as the one with 2x755m (cause as you said most games use only 1 video card so is 660m better than 755m?)
