which one (laptop) should i take?

hi, im currently writing my phd thesis and need a new laptop as my current is getting really slow. i need the laptop mostly for office, surfing and videos by oppening a lot of tabs and applications at the same time, no games. now i had a lot athe followings:

im thinking about one with ssd or sshd. i dont need a super fast one but not a snail either , but not sure if i will need them for my aims? so what do you think which one will be best appropriate for my needs, thanks for your support!

Go for the Lenovo YOGA 500 35,6 cm (14 Zoll Full HD IPS Matt) Convertible Notebook (Intel Core i7-5500U, 3GHz, 8GB RAM, Hybrid 1TB HDD + 8GB SSHD, NVIDIA GeForce 940M 2GB, Touchscreen, Windows 8.1). You said you wanted to have a fast computer and the 3GHz of this PC is extremely fast. It also has 8GB of RAM, which is lots, which means you can multitask. Your hybrid HDD and SSHD are really good, and you have to appreciate that it has got touch-screen
