Acer has the better customer service and are more reliable IMO than HP
I Repair lots of HP's but Few acer's , depends on your individual choice m8,
go with what you are happy with

Among the 2, Acer has better specs, but I would recommend to find another Hp Envy with a little better specs, like a bigger HDD with SSD and better dedicated graphics.
