Both Have Same Specs i think you should decide its between the Brand name and which one has more warranty and all
and look the displays of both the laptops
I like the MSI RGB keyboard but the Dell has a minimal Look

The only difference between the two is that the first one has double the ssd capacity. So specs-wise get the first one.
