Which one to buy : Asus GL552JX-CN009H or MSI GP62 2QE?

I'm confused between the Asus GL552JX-CN009H and MSI GP62 2QE laptops. I'll be using it for gaming. Both have same GPU and Ram while the processors are different.(MSI-5700hq and Asus-4720hq). Also, the Asus has backlit keyboard and comes with windows 8.1 whereas the MSI lacks backlit keyboard and is available with DOS. Asus is available for 73k while MSI costs 76.5k. Please suggest which one should I go with.

I would go with the MSi. It's CPU is a little better, has a better wireless card, a 6 cell battery, and usually better build quality. But there shouldn't be a noticeable difference in real world performance unless the MSi has a SSD, but it looks like that is an option, not a guarantee. They should both be available with windows, but I am not familiar with your market.
