Which one to buy?

I will be using this computer for college work as well as possibly some photo editing and video streaming. I do not know much about laptop hardware so your help is greatly appreciated! I have a BestBuy account, so I want to stick with BestBuy and I have a $400 budget.

Do want/need a dvd drive the cheapest one does not come with one personally I still like to have one just in case but other may not feel the same way.
