which operating is better

Is windows 10 operating system suitable for below configured laptop? If don't which will be better for this?

ram-4gb
core i5 4.20 ghz
cache memory 3mb

I'm tempted to say any version of Linux would be better but yes, Windows 10 will run on tose specs with space to spare for other programmes. If you're buying that laptop, it will almost certainly have Windows 10 installed.
