There is really not much of a difference when it comes to game performance. Reviews that shown that overall games perform slightly better in Windows 10 by around 2%, but some games perform slightly better in Windows 8 by about 2%.

Just be aware that the integrated Intel HD 5500 graphics core is not very powerful so keep your expectations relatively low.

I have that exact laptop, it runs windows 10 without issue, I've run some low to mid level games on it, but anything more demanding than "Star Wars The Old Rebublic" probably won't run very well.
