Which Should I Buy ???

So I've been thinking about changing my headset, i currently have a Tritton 720 pro and I've had it for almost 3 years now.

Right now I have come down to 2 different Headsets the Corsair Vengeance 2000 and the Logitech G35.

If anyone could give me suggestions and advice on which headset to choose or consider that would be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on whether you wan't wired or wireless. they're both a good bang for you buck and fairly close in performance. the g35 is USB though, not 3.5mm analog stereo, so it doesn't have a significant advantage being wired.

both have good positional audio, though the g35 is a tad better in that dept (slightly wider soundstage).

Vengeance 2000 fits a lot better, however - MUCH more breathable than the g35. that's one thing I really didn't like about the g35 was how hot / sweaty the earcups got after only an hr. they're not ventilated well, which is a con for anyone who games long periods at a time.

so between those two I'd say Corsair - go wireless; unless you have a dedicated DAC to pair it with, you're not gaining a significant advantage using standalone USB audio. plus its one less cable.
