Which software should i use?

I wanted to build 12× gtx 1080 ti mining rig. But i can't decide wether should i use smos or nicehash. So if you could tell me which one should i use. Or if you have any other mining programme please tell me.

Look at the respective mining programmes' required hardware specifications.

The mining programmes will likely have some minimal and recommended hardware specifications.

Look at your planned gaming rig. What hardware you are planning to purchase, install, setup, and configure?

You must have at least the necessary minimal hardware to run the mining programmes.

In truth, as I understand it all, it is unlikely to really make much of a difference anyway as "mining" is not at all cost efficient with little or no ROI (Return on Investment) expected.

Exceeding the specifications does no harm other than added expense (do you have a budget?) for hardware and probably a corresponding increase in cooling requirements.

Man $1,000? That's a bargain. Most I've seen have them going for $1400 or more.

Will stand on the matching of hardware and software.

Be sure that the gtrx 1080 ti is enough "power" to meet the software's minimal requirements at least. Overall, minimal is not likely to work all that well so you need to read the software's requirements and meet or exceed the recommended hardware specifications.

Minimal may work but be so slow that the end productivity is negligible.

And, has been asked, do you really plan to have twelve? May lead to other problems and concerns - you truly need to identify the requirements and any constraints (e.g., budget, power, cooling) imposed.
