The gpu in the alienware is a bit faster than the Lenovo but on the cpu side the Lenovo laptop is much faster. It is also important to note that the Lenovo has a 768p display which is certainly not the best in its class.

By the way are you shopping from flipkart??

See it all comes down to personal preference. If you play games like BF3 multiplayer or skyrim then you are sure to be bottlenecked by the cpu. But for other games you will be fine. But crossfire has lots of issues with newer games so it is best to avoid it.
Also the Lenovo laptop will have optimus and hence give you much better battery life.
But the only thing that I dislike about the Lenovo laptop is the low resolution screen. Are there any higher res screen options available??? If yes then try to get at least a 900p screen. It is much better for general productivity tasks.

No the cpu might not be enough in the aleinware laptop after 2-3 years. Also you may have lots of driver issues with some games not working properly with crossfire.
A plus point for the Lenovo laptop is that the 750m will be able to play games at mid-high settings for the next 2-3 years because it has a lower res screen. Though the screen might not be appropriate for other tasks.

And BTW as far as I know, no you cant upgrade the cpu and gpu in laptops because it is soldered into the motherboard.
