You should consider listing on Craigslist in your local area or even eBay.

Keep in mind the age of the system (and its condition). Regardless of the specs, the aforementioned $700 is way more than I would estimate its value (more in the $200-300, if lucky range). $700 will buy a decent new rig today, if you shop around.
