Which Ultrabook? Dell XPS 12 vs Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro

I'm having a hard time deciding which Ultrabook to get for university. The two I had my eyes on are
Dell XPS 12 (1900x1020)
i5 4200U, 4GB ram, 128 SSD - 699.99
i7 4500U, 8GB ram, 256 SSD - 1299.99

I don't really game, I would like to have the option to play something like Dota 2 though.
Which one should I get and why? Or is there another candidate you would suggest?
I am looking for something under 4 pounds and at least 1080p resolution.

The ram is not upgradeable for both since its soldered into the motherboard.

They are all pretty similar.

i7 4500U, 8GB ram, 256 SSD - 1299.99

That one is the most balanced. Although if I were you I would get the i5 4200U, 4GB ram, 128 SSD - 699.99 and just add another 4GB of RAM.

Lenovo is known for producing well-built, rugged systems. I think the Lenovo would simply survive longer than the Dell.
