Which ultrabook to buy?
Razer Blade Stealth or MacBook Pro?
Which can play games like Smite, CSGO, Skyrim well? Maybe Payday2 too.

Solution
Click the following link for some Intel HD 620 game benchmarks. The only game you mentioned that is there is CSGO which it should have no problems playing at 1080p resolution. Using ultra settings is still playable, but average FPS is in the low 40's.

Below are some game benchmarks for the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650. CSGO is not benchmarked, but the more demanding Overwatch is, and the Iris 650 performs better in that game compared to the HD 620. That means it will perform better in CSGO than the HD 620.

Here is Skyrim being played on Dell Inspiron 15-5567 with a core i3-7100u and Intel HD...

What do you mean by Max q?
I'll only play light weighted stuffs, maybe sometimes a bit higher, I'm OK with bringing down the resolution and quality if it'll make the game playable. Do you think Blade Stealth could handle that?

For games the Macbook Pro would be better because it has better specs. I recommend actually installing Windows 10 rather than using WINE for best compatibility.

The Razer Blade Stealth has either an i5-7200u or i7-7500u; both of which has the Intel HD 620 graphics core. It does not have dedicated graphics. It is a bit weaker than a nVidia 920m.

The 13.3" Macbook Pros will have the i5-7267, i5-7287 or i7-7567 depending on exactly which configuration you plan on buying. All 3 CPU will have the Intel® Iris Plus Graphics 650 graphics core. It is about equal to an nVidia 930m in terms of overall performance.

Max-Q is an upcoming nVidia GPU series designed for slim laptops. Supposedly there will be Max-Q versions of the GTX 1060, 1070 and 1080 what will have 90% of the performance of those GPUs currently being used in gaming laptops, but consumes half the power. NVidia stated laptops with Max-Q would probably start at around $1,200. But there is no guarantee that an updated Razer Blade Stealth will have it. Max-Q will officially launch on June 27th; 5 days from now.

Here is Skyrim being played on Dell Inspiron 15-5567 with a core i3-7100u and Intel HD 620 at default settings and 1366x768. I do not think he stated it, but he is using a video capture device to record gameplay, not software. That means you are seeing the actual performance.

With some tweaks to the SkyrimPref.ini you should get good performance results at 1600x900 or even 1080p. I tweaked Skyrim on my friend's laptop with a 4th generation i5-4200u and Intel HD 4400. I got it to run at 1600x900 with average over 40 FPS. So with a 7th gen i5 / i7 and Intel HD 620 an average of over 50 FPS at 1600x900 should definitely be possible with the right tweaks.

Thanks a lot :)
Then I guess I'm gonna go with Blade Stealth, cuz i think it's much better than Intel HD Graphics 4400 with GT 720M(my current laptop) which can handle most games I play.
Correct me if I'm wrong tho :)
Intel HD Graphics 4400 with GT 720M vs Intel HD graphics 620, which one is better?

Based on the link below that compares the GT 720m to the Intel HD 620 (the Intel HD 4400 is definitely the weakest)... Overall, performance of those two are pretty close to each other with some exceptions. The GT 720m will perform better in GTA V and Metal Gear Solid V. However, the Intel HD 620 definitely performs better in Titan Fall 2, World of Warships, and CSGO.

Based on the video above Skyrim should run better on the Intel HD 620. The GT 720m gets an average of 32 FPS at 1366x768 and low settings. However, the video I linked above is 1366x768 with medium settings. Based on the FPS counter, the average FPS should definitely be above 32 FPS. As stated at the beginning of the video, the Intel HD 620 was able to run Skyrim with low settings at an almost constant 60 FPS though he did not actually record the game with that setting.
