Not being able but apps on SD card. On zte Android. And want to know who to call to resolve this issue because this is the 3 phone I have had in less then a month. And this ain't got a thing resolved

Not sure what the issue is with your device, you can't install many apps on the SD card, that is done on purpose, it's not an issue. Apps that you can move will have a "move to external storage" button enabled, click that, app will get installed on the SD card. Why did you need to get 3 phones in a month?
