Why can’t I find HQ CPU or 8th Gen CPU laptops anywhere in the U.K.?

I’m buying a new laptop, mainly for video editing but also just to have a nice fast machine, preferably with a light gpu. I found one for a good price (£680) Which has an i7 7500u and a 950m. But I’ve heard the u stands for ultra low power consumption, so the HQ would be a better choice. But I can’t find the HQ anywhere. Also the new 8th gen has more cores so would be much more useful in editing, but yet it’s nowhere.

Anyone know of a store or a laptop that has similar specs and price to this laptop, but a HQ or 8th gen cpu?

I’d expect maybe to pay maybe 100 more, but that’s it. Also I prefer a HDD over a SSD for more storage.

if you are looking for the 8th gen quad core ultra low power consumption, is the 8xxxu. not 8xxxhq

Roughly the same price and you get your i7-7700HQ and a GTX1050, no SSD though, but you can always swap over to one later.
