Solved! Why does my cursor dissapear

At least once a week my cursor will disappear while I am working and I have to turnoff the laptop and reboot, losing anything I haven't saved. Any ideas?
Windows Version 2DH2. Microsoft Windows Mobile Mouse 3500 Toshiba Laptop Satellite C55-B

It's happened to me also. I fixed it by reinstalling mouse drivers, but it could be a hardware issue also.

You don't have to lose your work. ALT-TAB will switch between windows. Then hit ALT to go to the app menu and use the arrow keys then enter to select Save. ALT-Space brings up the window menu.
