Why does my laptop write protect flash drives?

When I attach my flash drive to my laptop, the flash drive starts to become write protected. I can't delete and rename files. But when attach it to another laptop, its normal.
So my laptop is the real problem. I start searching for solutions to this problem but nothing works. Is there anyone who can help?

It's probably a rights issue, check the permissions on the files. Do those files only work on ONE system or several but just not your laptop?
