Question Why does my tv can't read my USB (524 gb)?

The tv can recognize it as USB 2.0 but won't show any folders, files, or videos. The tv model is TCL led32d2900 please help 🥺

Did you check the manual for any restrictions to the format or size of the disk you can use with it?
