Why is my HP 2000 keyboard so screwed up when typing?

Hello,
When typing on my HP 2000 laptop the keyboard is very insensitive and I have to strike the keys hard, sometimes two or three times to get it to type.

Did you spill anything on the keyboard? You might try to blow it out with compressed air....

i got a hp 2000 for christmas and im having the same issue. ive also noticed its extremely slow. even when im connected online. weird
