Question Why is my samsung laptop not starts up?

Whenever i turn it on,it loads till the windows image appears on the screen and the loading dots starts to move but when the dots reaches half of the circle,the laptop automatically shuts down. I have tried several times to start it but it shuts down again and again. And also its not overheating,it not even starts to heat,it is all normal at room temp,please anybody help me.

Try booting it in Safe Mode see if that works. If it does, try to do a Windows repair from there. If that fails, I would get another drive and install Windows clean on that to see if drive is the issue.
