Why does the sound on my smart tv go up when I access internet

Sometimes items that are outside of Windows (internet, programs, etc) are amplified. Like when you watch a YouTube video and the AD is 10x louder than the actual video. Its because whatever you're viewing in your internet browser is louder than the sounds of the Windows operating system.

ya u can use loudness equalization to suppress the affect. it helps for like when talking is hard to hear in movies as well but is not the best for games since it will be acting differently sound levels wont come across exactly as they are meant to be heard such as if something is meant to be heard as if it was close to u or far away
