Why is the PC 373D microphone so crappy?

PC 373D microphone is awful, yet in one of your reviews its labelled as 'Crips'?

So why does mine sound like im talking behind a wall and its very muffled for everyone?

How do you get it to sound 'Crisp' to others?

You need to adjust your audio settings ... depending on what version of windows your running.
