so, i originally had this problem. http
/www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2489154/bricked-mobo.html#1513156, wound p bircking my mobo while trying to figure out, why my screen was all funky. Now power doesnt even make it to the mobo. its not the gfx card, screens carries over to a second monitor. And it isnt the Fn screen change either. Tried that as well. I dont think it is the lcd itself, but i do think it is the wire that runs form the mobo to the back of the lcd
Replaced mobo, i can now reach bios on an external monitor. Replaced the lcd cable, external monitor works, but lcd still not working. It was working before, is there anything on an lcd i should know about in particular, that i may have overlooked? that is all that is left. I dont want to replace it if i dont have to, but i know that is the only device left.
no backlight, and nothing underneath the screen, even when looking very close.
