Why my mic sounds like trash?

I have problems with my microphone, when I try to use it, It sounds like trash, I cant talk and it gives me a headache so bad because I have it on listen this microphone
Sometimes does works, but pretty much rarely, every 25 times works like once
I have a recording of it, if I can somehow make yall hear it, you would be shaked

if it is a desktop pc try pluging it on on the rear of the pc, not the front
if that doesn't work then probably the wires are loose and you ll have to solder it
