Why my Toshiba R705 P25 Portege laptop can't use Ram 8 gb 1x1, cz when i use 8 gb ram my laptop show blue screen? Any solution

I am assuming you are trying a DDR3L-1600 SODIMM?
According to the manual, that laptop can only take a maximum of 8GB and since it has 2 slots it usually means it can only handle 4GB chips (x2). I checked on crucial.com as well and they do not list any 8GB chips as compatible. So if the 8GB chip is the correct type then likely it is because it can only handle 4GB chips in each slot.
