Solved! Why wont my record video option work on logitech webcam

Hello,
I have a Logitech webcam and Windows XP. When I click on the "quick capture" window and it opens, it will let me take a picture, but won let me "take a video" on the option to the right of it. It's just gray in color and wont respond to my clicking on it.
Anyone have a solution? Thanks.

sounds like a driver issue, try reinstalling the drivers
