Wi-fi not switcjing to on.

I have an old Dell Inspiron 14R N4110. The Wi-fi in this device is somehow not working. However before formatting this laptop it actually worked. I tried upgrading network drivers and all and checked if the device is not working. But nothing helped.Can anyone help me please.

Need more details, if all you did was re-install Windows, what exactly happened when you installed the network drivers? Did you just try the "update drivers" option from inside Windows? That won't work most of the time, you need to download the drivers from Dell.
