There are

Ministumbler (http://www.stumbler.net/index.php?cat=3)
PocketWiNc (http://www.cirond.com/)
WiFiFoFum (http://www.wififofum.org/) and
StreetHawk (http://www.dcs.gla.ac.uk/~hall/WiFiFoFum/streethawk.htm)

Simply try them...

anyone was successful making Ministumbler to work on an HP IPAQ (especially
IPAQ 6315 with a built in WiFi card) ?

Ministumbler says it should work on windows mobile 2003...

anyone any experience with it?

While ministumbler works on windows mobile 2003 you need the correct wifi
chipset to use it. The 6315 doesn't have the correct wifi chipset to use
ministumbler. You may want to take a look at wififofum, I've had success
with that program on my 6315.

I can get it to work on my iPaq 3955 with a Sandisk Connect Plus card. The
caveat for me is to make sure that I don't open the Sandisk wireless
software first, or Ministumbler won't see a signal. When that happens, I
have to do a soft reset to clear it.
