Wifi and Ethernet

I couldn't install virus protection unless I uninstalled other virus protection. So I did that and now my laptop won't connect to home wifi or erhernet

Sounds like some form of malware. You need to uninstall both at this point.

I would then install some reputable antimalware, and clean this all up. I use the following programs:

Avast antivirus
Anitmalwarebytes
CCleaner
Super Antispyware

If you still can't get rid of it, you may need to reload your OS.
