WIFI download slow

toshiba satallite wifi only 36 mbps download and we have 200 mbps download speed ? Model C75D-A7102 - Windows 8.1 64 bit - Any help would be nice

First, we need to determine if there is an actual problem.
1. What happens with a system wired directly to the router? Does it achieve that theoretical 200mbps?
2. What, specifically, is telling you 36mbps? What tool are you using to test this?
