What you seem to ask sounds impossible, but can you be more clear? What is the amplifier model? And what is the type of digital input?

Your question seems to be incomplete.
FLAC files will play via a coax digital input.
Many integrated amps also have USB inputs so you can connect a computer directly that way. No soundcard needed so a laptop will work fine. A driver is needed for HiRes files but CD quality and below is plug and play. You can stream you files that way.
If you want to stream your files without a computer some integrated amps do have built in streamers that can access audio files via WIFI. Others have this as an outboard function. Cambridge Audio for example makes a number of excellent integrated amps and streamers.
An Apple Airport can be used for streaming too.
