wifi keeps shutting off

I have a rca 4.4 android 7 inch tablet and my WiFi keeps turning off on its own, I did a complete restore to factory settings turns it on off same with my router nothing seems to work, it was working fine when I bought it DEC 2014, I started having this problem about avweek ago, any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

I know this is unusual to ask, what is your encryption type? But I had the same problem last year and fixed it surprisingly.
