will apple sell previous MacBook Pro model after refresh?

I am thinking of buying MBR.after 16 of Oct . Apple refreshing line . Do you know if they still sell previous gen MBP and if so how much cheaper they ussualy discounted? I am in UK.
Do you also know what are usually price in comparison to previous model after refresh? Thanks

In Aus they don't usually sell the old models, except refurbished units. I even know people who have bought the old model the same month as the new one came out and were able to swap it for the new one, but that was back when Apple used to update their line without giving any warning.

I heard that too. I am not sure how it works these days. You see I don't mind latest addition MBP 15" and I would happy buy now . However I believe after launch of new product line there should be discounts . Thanks Anyway

I am not a mac fan but you should be able to get previous models through their website.You should be able to get a discount of them through your uni wif if you order through there website.
