Hi, Football manager 2016 requires 256mb dedicated video RAM to work but my laptop only has 112.5mb. is there any possibility it may still work or is there any way to increase the dedicated video RAM?

It will allocate more memory when it needs it.
Some games have trouble starting up on intel's iGPU,I would suggest you go to the manager forum and have a look around there on weather this game has any trouble with the intel igpu.
