Will Malwarebytes scan all drives in system, or just #1?

Have 64bit Win 10 system on Dell Vostro 220s, also hacked (dead) hd on 32bit Vostro 220.
Can I move 220s hd to 220, and scan both? Both Motherboards have same serial numbers.
and what determines the bit-rate?

Yep just plug all the drives in and malwarebytes will scan all of them. Just make sure to use the custom scan option.
